🍽️ The Role: What You’ll Do




As a Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in delivering the Nudy’s experience every day.




✅ Lead the Restaurant Experience




  • Be present in the dining room during peak hours
  • Create a welcoming, engaging environment for every guest
  • Ensure service is warm, attentive, and efficient
✅ Oversee the Full Operation




  • You are the manager on duty, responsible for the entire restaurant
  • Guide both front-of-house and back-of-house teams
  • Ensure smooth, coordinated execution from kitchen to dining room
✅ Drive Service & Performance




  • Maintain our 30-minute guest experience standard
  • Support strong pacing, communication, and teamwork
  • Ensure food is prepared and delivered efficiently and accurately

  • Lead daily pre-shift meetings and communication
  • Coach, guide, and support team members
  • Provide clear expectations and consistent follow-through

  • 6:30 AM – approximately 4:30 PM
  • Daytime-only — no nights

🧠 What We’re Looking For




REQUIRED:




  • 3–5+ years of restaurant leadership experience
  • Experience working in both dining room and kitchen environments
  • Ability to lead a shift with confidence and accountability
  • Strong understanding of: 
    • guest experience and service flow
    • team leadership and coaching
    • food safety and cleanliness standards
PREFERRED:




  • ServSafe Manager Certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
  • Experience in high-volume breakfast, brunch, or casual dining environments
🚫 This Role May Not Be a Fit If You:




  • Prefer a role focused only on customer service without operational ownership
  • Have only worked in retail or café environments
  • Are not comfortable leading both kitchen and service teams
  • Prefer a more flexible or less structured management role

💰 Compensation




  • $55,000 base salary
